Take one of our
Training Classes:
Provides the basic knowledge necessary
to safely own and operate handguns of all kinds. Covers safe handling
and storage of firearms, as well as the inner workings of firearms and
ammunition. Combines classroom and range time. Students will learn
various shooting positions and walk away with a full understanding of
handguns and Firearm safety. Pre-payment
and registration are required.
2008 Class Dates:
Saturdays - April 5th, May 3rd, June 7th
10am - 4pm

and storage of firearms, as well as the inner workings of firearms and
ammunition. Combines classroom and range time. Students will learn
various shooting positions and walk away with a full understanding of
rifles and Firearm safety. Pre-payment
and registration are required.

- NRA Personal Protection in the Home
$80.00 individual ($100.00
family *)
Provides the basic skills needed to
protect your home and family. Includes ways to make your home less
attractive to criminals, what to do incase of a home invasion, the use
of cover and concealment and defensive handgun shooting. Combines
classroom and range time. The Basic handgun class is a prerequisite
for this class. Persons with experience can test out of the Basic Handgun class if
requested. Pre-payment
and registration are required.

10am - 6pm

- Offered free to the public.
- Class held here in our classroom.
- No age limit - (students as young as 7
years old have taken and passed the class).
- Required for anyone born after 1986 to
obtain a hunting license.
- Required by most other states
regardless of birth date.
- Class is FRIDAY 6pm
- 9pm and SATURDAY 8am - 4pm. Students must attend BOTH sessions and pass a written test.
- Registration required at least one
week in advance. Classes fill up quickly so register early (do
not wait until the week before deer season to sign up).
- Class size - up to 25 students.
- Parents are encouraged to take the
class with their children.
